Subscriber E-mail Alerts
Receive a Subscriber E-mail Alert 2 to 4 days prior to every concert in your subscription package.
Subscriber Alerts feature:
- Date, time, location and program for your performance
- Program changes and notes for selected performances
- Links and maps of parking facilities near each venue
- Information on other events happening near your performance
- Venue contact and accessibility information

Lost Ticket Protection
Lost Ticket Protection guarantees easy replacement. Call the subscription office for duplicate tickets or see a subscription representative at the performance venue.
Child Tickets
The Celebrity Series offers subscribers an opportunity to introduce their children to a variety of selected performances throughout the season at substantial savings. Your child will be seated with you so that you can share the excitement of live performances. A confirmation postcard or email will be mailed to you upon receipt of your paid subscription order.
Ticket Exchange Policy
If your plans change, you may exchange your tickets for another performance. Please return your tickets to the subscription office by mail or in person.
Deadline for Returning Tickets
Tickets must be exchanged by noon, one business day before the first performance affected by the exchange. Tickets cannot be exchanged at the hall or on the day of the performance.
Exchanges by Mail
You may exchange your tickets by mail, but we recommend ten days lead-time. Make sure to enclose:
- The original tickets
- Fill out the Exchange Form with the subscriber’s name if different from your own. You can find your Exchange Form in your subscriber ticket packet or download a copy (.pdf) and print.
- Your telephone number
- A self-addressed, stamped envelope

Exchanges in Person, by Telephone, by Fax or by E-mail
Our subscription office is located at 20 Park Plaza, Suite 1032, Boston MA, 02116.
For directions, call (617) 482-2595. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm. You may bring your tickets during those hours. We will make every attempt to
complete your exchange while you wait; however, you may need to pick up your new tickets at
the box office on the evening of the new performance. You may also exchange your tickets by
calling (617) 482-2595 ext. 213 or 222, by fax at (617) 482-3208 or by e-mail attachment at boxoffice@celebrityseries.org. When faxing or e-mailing tickets, please write "void" across the ticket.
Exchange Form (.pdf file) Ticket Credits
If prices vary between the events you exchange, you will either receive credit for future ticket purchases within the performance season or pay the additional amount. To determine the difference, compare the price marked on your tickets with the price for the new event you wish to attend. Any remaining
credit must be used during the same season. Tax-deductible Ticket Donations
Subscribers who are unable to use tickets for a particular performance, and who do not wish to change to another performance, may choose to donate the value of the tickets to the Celebrity Series.
Note: the same deadlines apply as for regular ticket
exchanges:
- for weekday performances, by noon the business day prior to the date on the
tickets you are donating;
- for Saturday or Sunday performances, by noon on the Friday before
the date on the tickets.
Subscribers who donate tickets will receive a receipt noting the value of the donation. Tax-deductible ticket donations cannot be made on the day of the performance.
Additional Ticket Purchases and Subscriber Exchanges Subscribers are welcome to order additional tickets for family and friends before tickets are offered to the general public in September.
Because additional ticket orders are filled after subscribers
have been seated, seat locations for additional tickets differ from those assigned to
you with your subscription order. If the price category you select sells out before your order
reaches us, we will send you tickets in the next available section and charge your credit card
accordingly or, in the case of a check, issue a refund for the difference in price. If you have

Subscriber Ticket Availability
Additional tickets must be purchased by noon, one business day before the performance. Your subscriber discount cannot be used at the hall or on the day of the performance.
Waiting List
Subscribers who would like to purchase tickets to sold out events or upgrade their seat locations may call the Celebrity Series to be placed on a waiting list for access to tickets returned by other subscribers. We will make every attempt to accommodate wait-listed subscribers.
How To Use The Waiting List
Access to the waiting list is by telephone only. You may request that your name be put on the list by calling the subscription office at (617) 482-2595, ext. 213 or ext. 222. We will advise you at that time how to arrange payment or exchange tickets. As seats become available we will call you according to your place on the waiting list. |
