 When Aaron Richmond presented the first Celebrity Series concerts in 1938, he inaugurated a tradition of artistic excellence that continues to this day. Mr. Richmond's vision—to create opportunities for Boston audiences to experience the performances by the world's most gifted and accomplished artists—endures, and the Celebrity Series of Boston is now at the center of the cultural life of our community as the leading presenter of music, dance, theater and family entertainment in the region.
No other organization presents as wide an array of performing arts experiences to Greater Boston audiences. Each season the Series is joined in this effort by individuals, corporations and foundations whose annual contributions make every Celebrity Series possible.
