Your spoiler-free guide to our new process
Let’s get this out of the way: we’re not going to spill the beans about any of the exciting performances that are coming to Boston in the new season, but we do have some exciting changes to tell you about.
The new season announcement will take place at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, April 19. The full season will be available to browse on our website and you can place your order online.
We’ve made improvements to our online ordering process, and we hope you find the new online order form smooth and easy to use. For the first time, you can add performances to your order in a specially-designed one-page order form that places all your performances into your shopping cart without having to bounce between several pages.
You can add child tickets for most performances with just one click (or tap: it’s mobile-friendly!), and you can specify your seating preferences and accessibility needs show-by-show.
We’re excited about this change, and we hope you find it improves your experience renewing your subscription or signing up for the first time.
What’s not changing?
Your original order will still be unseated until the end of the Priority Seating period on June 2 – we’ll assign your seats in June as usual, and we’ll notify you of your locations in early summer. After June 2, we begin seating subscription orders as we receive them.
Our great subscriber benefits are still in effect:
- Locked-in subscriber pricing and no ticketing fees on additional orders all season long
- Free and easy ticket exchange privileges so you can order without worry
- Early access to add-on events and special promotions like the Holiday Sale
- Half-price child tickets (ages 6-16) for most performances as indicated (limit four child tickets per performance with adult ticket order)
Subscription orders still require a minimum of three performances. Non-subscription tickets to individual performances will still go on sale later in the year: on or before September 11th.
Thank you for your interest in our new season, and we hope you’ll join us as a subscriber!
