This exciting new venue offers an intimate home for dance, and unique opportunities for Boston Arts Academy students to shadow and learn from professional artists.
Getting in
The Boston Arts Academy Theater entrance is located on Ipswich Street, opposite the MGM Music Hall, and is pictured below.
The Theater entrance has unmarked low concrete benches outside and an overhang. The lobby has a glass wall that faces Ipswich Street. There are no steps to enter the Theater.
There is a separate entrance to the high school that does not provide audience access to the theater and associated spaces. It is marked "Boston Arts Academy / A Boston Public School" above the door and faces Fenway Park's Gate B.
Assistive Listening Devices: They can be obtained by asking any usher or Celebrity Series Staff member on duty.
The Celebrity Series of Boston offers sign language interpretation upon request. Requests for sign language interpreters must be received at least four weeks prior to the event by contacting Celebrity Series at 617-482-6661 or
