Plan Your Visit

Doors to the Jordan Hall lobby will not open until 45 minutes before the performance time. Ticket holders will be asked to line up outside on Gainsborough Street until the doors open. NEC security personnel will conduct bag searches, with metal detectors coming soon.

Attendees who need to pick up or purchase tickets before the doors open will be admitted: please tell the security personnel that you need to visit the Will Call table and you may enter the building for your transaction and proceed around the corridor to the right. The Celebrity Series box office staff will set up a table at the end of that corridor near the Beethoven statue. You will be asked to return outside to get back in line until the lobby doors officially open.

To ensure you are on time for the performance, please arrive early. Specific information about when doors will open for your event will be sent in your pre-show email. Seating after the performance has begun will be at the discretion of management, and may be delayed until a suitable pause in the performance.

Accessibility

Jordan Hall is a fully accessible venue. The accessible entrance is located to the left of the main entrance, at the bottom of the stairs. There is an elevator that will bring you to the lobby.

Access seats for patrons at Jordan Hall are located in the platform sections in the circle and balcony. While there is an elevator to the balcony, the majority of seats require at least some steps to get to. The platform section is reserved ONLY for people who have access needs.

Assistive Listening Devices are available in the coatroom (go through the main entrance, and the coatroom is to your right).

The Celebrity Series of Boston offers sign language interpretation upon request. Requests for sign language interpreters must be received at least four weeks prior to the event by contacting Celebrity Series at 617-482-6661 or boxoffice@celebrityseries.org. All requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter and provided at the discretion of the management.
